RobotGirls teams enjoy support from many organizations:

Parents, Friends, and Family

Like all meaningful activities in life, robotics is neither a solo sport nor something that can be accomplished without the encouragement of our parents and families. Aside from providing financial support, our parents volunteer as meeting and event chaperones, help us execute our kickoff, holiday, and end-of-season celebrations, and often help drive robots, equipment, and roboticists all over Southern California.

Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles

Our founding teams are also a Girl Scout troop. Teams 5218 and 25 enjoy fiscal sponsorship and access to GSGLA facilities for several key events throughout the year.

NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Our founding teams also enjoy the privileged position of being NASA House Teams, which provides not only financial support but access to the technical and engineering professionals at the Laboratory. Drawing from this talent pool has given us a tremendous team of Mentors and advisors on whom we rely for weekly inputs to our designs and several forma design reviews throughout the season.

As our host institution, Mayfield Senior provides us with a beautiful space in which to operate.
